The team came to check the fault and were going to carry the generator to their service centre in central area Abuja, but had to ask them to please not take away since they said it may take up to a week or more to fix. Charted with the manager, and we agreed they will make contact to fix generator once they get the part that needs replacement. So we are waiting for their feedback that the part is now available and that they are ready to fix my generator.

The fridge HRF -95BEX which I bought since 29/5/2021, I noticed that the fridge part doesn't cool well even when I set it it to the highest,but the worrisome one is that the fridge acts as if it has a thermostat, it will pick up current from the stabilizer and after sometime it will stop, with time again,it will pick up.is it normal?the freezer part blocks anything on it but within one day of no light, everything will defroze.

I bought the thermocool inverter freezer this past January from ajah colors (THEFRZ219WHTR6)and a generator technician came to set up my generator to work with the freezer, for the past few days the freezer has stopped cooling even with the generator.

I don’t know what a flojet is. I don’t know how to connect and install the water and ice dispenser. I only saw a fridge I love and bought it expecting everything would be working seamlessly. Okay. To start with, for all luxury refrigerators with dispenser, for you to be able to use the dispenser feature, you need to purchase a flojet. Flojet is an independent accessory and does not come with the refrigerator. It has cost implications sir.
For better understanding of your plight. What you bought is a Side by Side Luxury refrigerator but you are making reference to a freezer.
